You agree not to:
- use the Service to break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
- use the Service to store or transmit malware or unlawful content; or
- circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
4. Plans, billing & payments
Stream offers a free plan and a paid subscription ("Stream Pro"), as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
You authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription and any renewals at the then-current price. If a charge fails, we or Paddle may retry or suspend your paid features until payment succeeds. We may change prices on a going-forward basis; we'll give reasonable notice and any change takes effect at your next renewal.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings or via the link on your Paddle receipt. After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period and do not renew. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Third-party content & feeds
The Service displays content from feeds and websites you choose to follow. That content belongs to its respective publishers and is subject to their terms. Stream does not own, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and use the sources you add.
7. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and the "Stream" name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any content you add (such as saved articles); you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of translations or scraped text, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
