Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Stream. This policy explains when you can get a refund on a Stream Pro subscription and how to request one. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

Merchant of Record. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Stream Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just contact us — you don't need to give a reason.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend and contact us promptly (within 14 days of the charge), we'll review it and aim to make it right.

3. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Where such rights apply, they are in addition to the guarantee above.

4. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

  • Email support@stream.yh.net.ua from the address on your account, with your order or receipt number; or
  • Use the help/refund link on the Paddle receipt you received by email after purchase.

5. Processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
